 Here are the classifications:
1st Magnitude: 64.6 million gallons or greater per day
2nd Magnitude: 6.46 million - 64.5 million gallons per day
3rd Magnitude: 646,317 gallons - 6.45 million gallons per day
4th Magnitude: 1,440 gallons - 646,317 gallons per day
