#1. Big Spring
Big Spring is the largest spring in Missouri and one of the largest in the world with an outflow of around 304 million gallons per day. It flows into the Current River within the Ozark National Scenic Riverways. The site was the first Missouri state park. The spring recharge area has been traced to over 50 miles away and the spring also dissolves over 70 tons of limestone in a single day!
