Echo Bluff State Park
Echo Bluff State Park is located on Sinking Creek, a tributary of the Current River. The park is very family friendly and is located near numerous natural wonders such as Devil's Well, Round Spring, and many others.
Trail System:
The trails here include the 2.5 mile long Painter Ridge Trail and a portion of the Current River Trail, a trail that is 11.2 miles long and connect Echo Bluff State Park to the nearby Current River State Park.
Camping and Recreation:
The campground includes 60 full-service campsites as well as 12 walk-in campsites. The park also has a lodge that includes 16 guest rooms and 4 suites. There are also 13 cabins that can be rented. The Creekside Grill offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The Sinkin' Creek Mercantile is also a great place to pick up souvenirs or necessities. The park also features an ampitheatre where the occasional concert may be enjoyed.

The park was founded in 2013 and opened in 2016. It originally features 396 acres until an additional 80 were purchased, bringing the total to 476 acres. The park was originally Camp Zoe, a hippie camp that was known for live music. The park gets it's name from the large bluff that hangs over Sinking Creek. It is repsonsible for loud echoes when people are enjoying the cold waters of the creek.
